Meet Mariann
After more than 30 years leading global finance organizations and advising executive leadership teams, Mariann founded MWCC to help senior leaders navigate the opportunities and challenges that come with broader leadership responsibility.
As a former Accenture Managing Director and CFO, Mariann has spent her career at the intersection of business strategy, leadership, and communication. She has presented to Boards, investors, and analysts, led global finance organizations, and partnered with executive teams through periods of significant growth and transformation.
Today, Mariann combines that executive experience with coaching to help senior leaders navigate executive transitions, strengthen strategic thinking, expand their influence, and lead confidently in high-stakes situations. Her coaching is practical, candid, and highly personalized—combining leadership experience with thoughtful coaching to help leaders create lasting impact.
Mariann earned an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and an Executive Coaching Certification from Northwestern University.
